Q: Do you accept walk-in visits?
A: Absolutely! Whether it's an emergency or you just have general questions, we welcome you at any time we're open :)
Q: Do you accept medicaid or medicare?
A: We do not accept medicaid or medicare at this time.
Q: If I'm looking for dental insurance what would be my best option?
A: As recommended by our insurance specialist, the best option for dental insurance with us would be Delta Dental of Idaho. We also offer our own dental savings In-House Plan which you can learn more about by giving us a call or downloading it here!
Q: Why is my pre-authorization taking so long for my treatment plan!?
A: We understand how frustrating it is to wait on an update from insurance! We’re working around the clock to get you started with your treatment. Unfortunately, VA insurances (for example) are very slow on their return for authorization and there’s very little we can do to get insurance companies moving faster. Typically pre-authorization take 2 - 3 weeks. We always call patients immediately after receiving a confirmation for authorization.
